Information you choose to send
If you use an email link, intake prompt, or contact path, your email client may create a message that includes
the details you choose to provide, such as your name, organization, audience, workflow, timing, and inquiry
context. Do not include confidential, privileged, regulated, client, customer, employee, financial, health, or
nonpublic company information unless appropriate confidentiality expectations are already in place.
Free-resource signup information
The AI Content Desk Quickstart asks for an email address and optional first name. That information may be sent
to Kit, the email/newsletter service used to deliver the resource and related practical AI systems notes. You
can unsubscribe from those emails using the unsubscribe link in the email service.
Operator Prompt Pack orders
The Operator Prompt Pack preview does not currently accept purchases. If checkout opens, PayPal will handle
the hosted payment and Bricks Advisory LLC will use the minimum verified order and contact details needed for
fulfillment, ordinary financial records, delivery support, and payment issues. A purchase does not subscribe
the buyer to marketing. Initial delivery is planned by automated email, with manual support for a missing,
corrupt, or unreadable file. The exact live merchant fields, delivery-provider connection, retention
enforcement, and provider backup expiry must be verified before checkout opens. For support, send only the
order reference and a short, redacted description; do not send prompts, AI chats, client files, credentials,
or other sensitive content.
Click and server logs
The site may record basic first-party click events, page paths, timestamps, referrers, and standard server log
information to understand which public paths are useful and to maintain site reliability. This site is hosted
through Cloudflare, which may process technical request and security information. This is not intended to
collect sensitive content.
Third-party services
This site may link to or use third-party services including Cloudflare for hosting/security, Kit for email
delivery, TikTok, LinkedIn, Business Insider, Bricks Advisory, and other external resources. Those
services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not intentionally set advertising cookies or sell personal information. It may use first-party
click events and technical server logs for basic site operation, reliability, and path improvement. Third-party
sites you visit from this site may use their own cookies or tracking technologies.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, deliver resources, improve public pages,
maintain security and reliability, and keep records of communications. Information is not intentionally sold
as a standalone product.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided, ordinary business
records, legal or security needs, or operational follow-up. Email marketing records may remain in Kit until
unsubscribed, deleted, or otherwise no longer needed.
No sale or cross-context behavioral advertising
AlyssaClarcq.com does not intentionally sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral
advertising. If that changes, this notice should be updated before the change is made.
